Since the early days of the foundation of the Society of Saint Pius X, the Blessed Sacrament has remained exposed in at least one of its chapels every day of the year.
At St. Thomas More Priory we will participate in this universal effort on Wednesday, January 20th. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed from 8 am to 6 pm.
Intentions of Prayer
The prayerful intentions recommended to faithful have remained constant since they were proposed by Archbishop Lefebvre:
- Victory over the interior and exterior enemies of the Church;
- The return of Rome and the bishops to the Tradition of the Church and the Faith of our fathers;
- The sanctification of priests and candidates to the priesthood;
- The awakening of numerous priestly and religious vocations.
Please use the sign-up sheet in the vestibule of the church.
Year of Saint Joseph
On that day, like every Wednesday, it is possible to gain a Plenary Indulgence of the Year of St. Joseph, by offering any prayer or act of devotion in honor of Saint Joseph, or by saying the Litanies of St. Joseph for the persecuted Christians.
Those who cannot come to church are invited to offer an extra time of prayer during their day to this intention.
Please pass the word and invite all people of good will to join us on this Day of Adoration.
